If you need help translating the web interface feel free to PM me over there - there is not a lot of text so everything can be done fairly quickly. For more technical stuff you might want to nudge @Diablo_Hu who's an experienced javascript developer and he can communicate directly with you too.

By the way, Chinese players can comprehend ship names in Kanji without too much trouble because they are essentially the same characters in Chinese.
